I ended up requesting a refund since the underwear I got wasn't made from comfy fabric. I'm switching back to my cotton granny panties and tampons/pantiliners.

Still, I'm giving this four stars because they processed my full refund without any hassle. Now that's what I call customer service!

Awesome underwear! I picked up 3 pairs that can hold about 2 tampons worth, and they really do the job. No leaks at all. My flow is medium heavy. The customer service was solid; I shot them an email asking which undies would suit a slim figure with a curvy, soft backside, and they got back to me fast with 2 recommendations. I gotta admit, the shorts do bug me a bit on my thighs, kinda cuts off the circulation. But hey, that’s just me; a lot of underwear tends to irritate me. After using them, they rinse out easily and go right into the washing machine. One last thing: I’m in Italy, so I had to fork out an extra 20 euros on top of the shipping when my package showed up due to import taxes. So, I might look for a different brand in Europe next time.
